The Culinary Institute of Petit Lyon was established 1979   I felt it had to be reworked to fit our rural life style today. The bull seemed the first good idea, created in a woodtype block for 1879 in America, a great find along with the typeface of Aldine Expanded..... a great pioneering feel :)
